Prince's trust Achieve Qualification!

Coming September 2021 – New portfolio-based course, Prince’s Trust Achieve.
Extremely flexible course ranging from entry-level 3 up to level 2 for 11- year olds and over. This course, at level 2 is equal to 4 GCSEs at Grade B (recognised qualification)
Running every Tuesday (term time) at Rhos Community Centre.
Taught by Dr Ffion Jones and internally moderated by Mountain Movers, before being externally moderated by Prince’s Trust.
There will be additional enrichment days run by the Prince’s Trust, of which the dates and times are to be confirmed.
Places are limited to keep the group small and focused.
If COVID restrictions increase sessions will be held over Zoom or Teams each week instead.
We will be running this in 14-16 weekly blocks. Each block will cover enough units to achieve the Award level on its own (worth 1/2 a GCSE). Or young people can do more blocks and build up to the Certificate (worth 2 GCSEs), Advanced (worth 3 GCSEs) or Diploma (worth 4 GCSEs) Levels.
The cost will be £8 per child per week – payable four weeks in advance. Discounts for Monthly Members of Mountain Movers.
